It’s just…I don’t like playing with other dogs. And the big ones, what if they hurt you? I show them I’m quick and fierce so they won’t attack us. It’s out of love. I’ll try to be more playful. Bailey barely moves so we get along. Does that count?
I joined Andy for his afternoon Peet’s run. Silly me ordered a coffee instead of Andy’s “Usual” - iced latte with one Splenda. Big mistake. Huge.
On the other hand, who cares. :: It’s 4:30pm and we’re hanging out chatting in the sun. I’m telling you guys, if you have to live in the city, it doesn’t get much better than LA.
Today’s comfortable, I’m-spending-all-day-in-the-car head to toe. Very LA.
Quick note: The fact that I’m wearing two pieces of jewelry from my ex is a complete coincidence. He’s getting married soon, congrats!
I lost my 3G iPhone on Saturday night. I’m not sure if it’s a blessing or a curse, but I’m so happy to have my old one to fall back on.
And yes, I’m that diva wearing sunglasses inside. :: It feels safe behind them and my makeup-less face ain’t coming out. So rip away, I don’t give a care (remember that from elementary school?! Wow, where did I pull that from.)
Megs saw a gorgeous man wearing cool sunglasses in her lobby the other day. She did attack him, not for his bod, but for his sunnies! Looks like she has her priorities straight.
So she found the showroom that housed the A. Kurtz shades and took me along to investigate! Sweeeet. You know I love sunnies.
In the collection there are two basic themes: big and plastic or small and metal. Of course we chose completely different shades. But that’s why we’re in love. Opposites attract!
The A. Kurtz selection process took a good 30 minutes. They have such a range of styles it was hard to choose!

You’re welcome.
Megs was all about the large and in charge styles. I told her, I think the style looks better on men. Her response: I look like Mr. Roboto. But a hot Roboto.
Not sure why I felt like a super hero in these. Either way, not a good look for me.
I am however loving the blouse I got at H&M on my last trip to LA.
Despite the back and forth between several styles, I think Megs knew what she wanted when she saw them struttin through her lobby. She was truly in love with the Milton.

A closer look at the Milton.
I see this style on a trendier-than-thou hipster (which wouldn’t be a false statement in regards to me), but my boho-Serena Megs is in love with them. To each her own.
To me, I think this would look great on a trendy guy with a bigger face. So he fills out the shades.
