Since I have to abstain from lifting weights and doing pretty much anything with impact (due to my pesky neck injury), I need to know what you’re up to in terms of exercising. In the gym. Outside. At the studio you go to. What are you loving?? What’s “working” for you to reach your goals? What are your current goals? What are you really annoyed with?
