CAN I HOP A RIDE TO THE TOP OF THE BOX OFFICE??
A huge Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) fan, I went to see the new Bourne movie last night with high expectations of a quality action movie with a plot driven story line. Legacy actually delivers on both levels. My heart was racing most of the time! But the Bourne tie in is a stretch. They did NOT need the association so I can only assume they did it to draw us in to the movies. Well, it worked.
Legacy takes a more straight ahead approach to the story than the last two, and while Jeremy Renner is no Matt Damon, he’s much more compelling than Jason Statham.
Bottom line: Great movie, worth going to see in the theater. And I hope Matt Damon comes back for the next one!
