The other day I ran into my neighbor and asked to exchange info to keep in touch. With a giggle, she reached into her purse and pulled out her “Mommy Card.” She explained that her friend had given them to her as a gift. Every time she uses them she says, “I become more comfortable with it. It makes so much sense. I would have never done it for myself, and I’m so happy to have them.”
The next day, I saw her mommy card on my desk and wrote her an email, something I probably would have forgotten to do if I had just put her info in my phone.
You can get them printed anywhere. I quickly made this one on VistaPrint, but I wasn’t a fan of their design selections. If you want something super cute, I would go to Paper Source, Kate’s Paperie (in Soho) or a stationary store.

I think I feel good about these. How many times have I been to the park without my phone, met a nice mom I’d like to...

I had to share this brilliant idea! We have cards for our professions, why not have them for being a Mom? I love it!
