Try this push up variation. I dare ya!
My friend and fitness guru Natalie turned me on to Body Rock TV on YouTube for alternative exercises when I get burned out of my routine. (Her videos get crazy views!) I have no aspirations to look like Zuzana, but we can blatantly see that her workouts have been successful at keeping her in impeccable shape!
The video above shows a dynamic push up I am loving these days. The leg movement strengthens the obliques. Make sure to watch through the end so you can see the beginner variations on the movement.
