I need to start a proposal, but I really want to go nap by the pool. Dilemma.
Ali, the latest Bachelorette
We all want the fairy tales on tv to be true. But this intro blurb for the new series is case and point why you can’t manipulate love. She said she wanted the Bachelor; he was the love of her life. But now she’s back to find the love of her true love. Sorry honey, true love is not a fill in the blank quiz.
All of that being said, she seems genuine (but still naive).

Thanks so much for the info on cleansing. I did the Blueprint Cleanse Tues-Thurs this week and gave up caffeine while I was at it starting on Monday. I would say overall it was a really positive experience. I liked the blueprint cleanse juices a lot and I wasn’t ever hungry. I think I would plan my next cleanse to cheat with some celery or avocado mid-afternoon b/c those were the hardest times for me to not eat. I was amazed that my sense of taste changed so dramatically in 3 days, I wasn’t noticing all of the additional salt/sweeteners that were in my food and post-cleanse I really taste food. I will also plan a colonic and a massage into my next cleanse. I wasn’t so brave on the colonic front this time.
Anyway, thanks a bunch for the additional info and the discount code!
If you’re looking to try it out, go to the BluePrint Cleanse website and use discount codew MTMBPC for 15% off.

I got a few questions about snack bars after I wrote a post expressing my distaste for Clif Bars.
Anonymous asked: I just read your post about Clifbars. What do you think about the healthiness Trail Mix bars?
krrristen asked: Just read your entry on cliffbars and I was wondering…
Click through to see how she analyzes the ingredients. Both of us have the same conclusions on bars. Eat them only if you have to. Otherwise try to grab fruit or nuts as snacks.
My “Only if I have to” bars:
- Odawalla
- Gnu fiber bars
- NuGo (because they just taste so good)
- Green Energy
- Freddie’s Energy
What are you having…..I’m working at the office and then bugging out early to go to the gym. So nothing too heavy. Any grand ideas?
Maybe chicken salad from French House….
Sorry, just not in the talkative mood I guess…which is strange…but I really only blog when I have something to say. Today, I got nothin’.
Not to worry, I’m perfectly content. Happy as a clam. Just not inspired.
Hope you have a nice day!
After reading this NYTime article, I’m really excited to get my hands on a glass of Savennieres. They it a combo of chardonnay and sav blanc, but divulge that it’s actually 100% chenin blanc. Apparently it won’t be easy to find because not many people make it. But The Times hasn’t lead me astray yet, so I’m on the hunt.
“SAVENNIÈRES is a demanding wine. The characteristics that make it so distinctive and beautiful require attention and thought, which is perhaps more effort than many people would wish to devote to a beverage.”
